Service pack Upgrade issue

Hi, We have upgrading the one of our SQL Server 2008 developer with SP4. The current version is SP1 with two hot fix, so the build number is 10.1.2841.0. Now when i am applying the SP4 on this.Service pack disable the instance and upgrade only shared component.![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/1812-sp4+upgrade+error.jpg the service pack saying there is no SQL Server patch required for this feature.

10.0.2841 is a QFE (a Quick Fix Engineering) build. Sometimes installing a QFE takes you off the 'normal' path. Maybe try SP2 first?
