Have you tried adding admin to the folders and then deleting?

Casting my mind back, I had a similar issue with User folders even though I was admin in SSRS. I ended up logging on to the box (don't judge me) with my admin account and there I could see and do everything...unfortunately I don't remember what I did to fix it but perhaps trying the same may help :)

Thank you for the input. @sp_lock: I am admin for all folders. But I cannot delete the folder or report because the permission. @Mart: I can login to Box, but I do not know where I should change and this is a live production server I am worry about any change will infect the report server. If I change configuration account to different account does it will let some can not login into the report manager?

Sounds like a good opportunity to practice restoring a copy of SSRS to a new box :). Once restored somewhere else you can then try different methods to get around the issue. I'm sure it's due to the way the permissions work, the SSRS Administrator role appears to allow you to do everything but in reality it's restricted slightly - it may be worth seeing if altering you SQL permission make a difference. I've only had the issue with Users folders, no other part. I'll see if I can dig anything out of the depths of my brain to further assist; definitely worth doing the restore anyway though!

It could be the same underlying issue that's solved here: [ http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1508857/reporting-services-folder-configuration][1]. Essentially, UAC downgrades your admin privileges so you have to explicitly add yourself as Admin in Report Manager. I don't know if this is your problem but it's worth a read.
