SQL Metal (or metl) command, are they exists?

Is there any TSQL command called METL or METAL (I am not aware of any). One of the guy was arguing on this proving the command used for file merge or to read from flat files (similarly like Bulk read/write)

Yup Kev, I read that in Brian Knight's book "Professional SQL Server 2005 Integration Services". The guy mentioned this in such a contest that this is TSQL command using which one can read from a flat file, perform some logical operation and output them in file or any other format. CRAP - I was wondering all he time since then as I never hear of this for file based operation using TSQL. +1 for top trivia skill (echo with David Wimbush)
