How could i make a server level report?

Hi How could i make something like a report of my sql server instance to analyse its condition like.. how much memory is being used?,how much cpu is being used?, how is the overall performance of the server? Are there any queries to help this, Do i have to use any tools?

This is quite an undertaking and many companies have made a lot of money doing this for you. Personally for the amount of time it would take to develop what you're looking for I would just purchase a tool. Have a look at: Redgate - SQL Monitor Idera - SQL Doctor Solarwinds/confio - Ignite All do a similar thing, depends on your budget.

Start with the Server Dashboard report that is available in Management Studio. Right Click the instance, drill down to Reports/Standard Reports and then select the Server Dashboard Report. It has various information like what you requested. If you are curious about the queries for that, then you can trace the Dashboard report and discover what is being run.
