LogWriter: Operating system error 170(The requested resource is in use.) encountered.

Hi All, From Past few days we are seeing some errors are recorded in SOL error log and one of my sql database backup is falling. Below are the error details.My environment is 2008R2 with SP2 active/passive cluster (VM). Error: 17053, Severity: 16, State: 1. LogWriter: Operating system error 170(The requested resource is in use.) encountered. Write error during log flush. Error: 9001, Severity: 21, State: 4. The log for database 'PRD' is not available. Check the event log for related error messages. Resolve any errors and restart the database. Database PRD was shutdown due to error 9001 in routine 'XdesRMFull::Commit'. Restart for non-snapshot databases will be attempted after all connections to the database are aborted. Operating system error '170(The requested resource is in use.)' resulted from attempt to read the following: sort run page (1:42864), in file 'T:\MSSQL10_50.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\Data\tempdb.mdf', in database with ID 2. Sort is retrying the read. Error: 3203, Severity: 16, State: 1. Read on "E:\MSSQL10_50.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\PRD.MDF" failed: 170(The requested resource is in use.) Error: 3041, Severity: 16, State: 1. BACKUP failed to complete the command BACKUP DATABASE PRD. Check the backup application log for detailed messages.
