Resource DataBase in Sql Server

Why resource database kept in **Bin Folder**

In SQL 2005 the resource database was located in the data folder. There were issues when people moved the resource database to another folder when patching the server. SP's and updates failed when the resource database wasn't in the same folder as the master database. So they moved the resource database to bin in SQL 2008 to avoid above.

I Think Now Resource Database considered a kind Software so it is moved Bin folder was heard by me from Some on Is it true @raadee
