Mulitple RAID 1 vs. RAID 10

I have 8 SAS drives, 15K, 450 GB or close to it. SQL SERVER 2014, 64GB RAM, BI edition for 80% reads. I will have 10 Databases for analysis, with the top three adding 10% data each month and bottom three adding 3% data each month. Is it better to have a (4) RAID 1 set up to separate OS, data, log,and temp db on each RAID 1 or to have all on RAID 10 and separate by partition for file management? I was thinking of putting backups with tempdb since no activity at night. If RAID 10 and separate by partition, should partitions be same size or does that matter? Thank you for any responses!
