SQL SERVER Not Showing on Network List BUT SHOWS ON POWERSHEL

Good day, I recently installed SQL Server 2008 R2 with the Default Instance and NT Authority Network Service, and When I launch, SSMS, the Server is not showing on the network server list before signing into SSMS. Please assist If there is something I am missing. If I ran the query sqlcmd -L I can see the server name .

Solved My own Issue , I unistalled SQL and Deleted the program files for Cache and now its showing.
