RAID vs. Physical drives set up

Junior DBA here and looking for suggestions on install with the following set up. I will have RAID 10, but partitioned drives. ( IT administrator ) holds key to server and demands this set up. I was going to split up like this: C:\ OS/Binaries D:\ Log files E:\ Temp DB G:\ Backups R:\ Data S:\ Data T:\ Data Because partitioned drives does splitting up data on three drives make any difference with performance? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated considering circumstances! Thanks.

There is no difference in performance by splitting 1x RAID-10 into multiple partitions.
