Regarding reports of SSRS

Hello, i was provided with report Modification on ssrs of SQL server 2012.my question is i need to modify the code for the reports. i am unable to find the tsql statement used for providing the reports. where from i can get the code from report manager please guide me how i can get the tsql statement used to generate the reports.

If the TSQL has been embedded in the RDL then you should be able to see if in the "Dataset" section of the report manager (or notepad). If it uses a SP or View then you would need to look on the SQL server to see the TSQL. Unless it is a shared dataset, then you can get this from the report server (assuming again it isnt a SP or view) Updated with Image ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/1629-2014-08-11+12_07_25-dataset+properties.jpg

i dont find it in dataset of the report manager.can you please guide how i can find the particular report is using which sp or view in sql server.

Are you opening the report within report builder? If you dont have access can you download the RDL and open within notepad (or a data tools project)?

thanks its working i can see the tsql code from the dataset properties itself.
