Can Windows Azure which has Windows 2008 Enterprise, and OnPremise which also has the same configuration set for Clustering or AlwaysOn.

Can Windows Azure which has Windows 2008 Enterprise, and OnPremise which also has the same configuration set for Clustering or AlwaysOn (Both have SQL 2012 Enterprise installed and meets the AlwaysOn requirement). I have a doubt because I have never set this up between Azure and OnPremise.

Yes, you can set up an AlwaysOn environment between an on-premises server and an Azure VM. Microsoft has a couple of tutorials that will walk you through the full set up. [This is a link to the PowerShell version][1]. It works. You can also look up the work of Joey D'Antoni who has done a ton of work in this area including presentations, white papers, etc. [1]: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj870959.aspx

Thanks Grant, As I found no Articles that stated the setup would work with Win 2008 Ent. between onpremmise and Azure, you finally gave me a confirmation and cleared my doubt. I will try to work with the Powershell version. Thank you.
