Application should connect its own (without recycle application) in high safety mode database mirroring after failover

We have high safety mode (Automatic failover) database mirroring, and which is working good. But my question is regarding the application connections after failover and fails back, there should not be manual intervention in place to up the application after mirroring fails over. How can I do?

You have to configure the application to be aware of the fail over. This is usually done via configuration files. Microsoft discusses it here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc917713.aspx What I'm not sure of is if you fail back to the original mirror if that will pick up the correct server. Hope this helps!
