Refresh Report Manager After Snapshot Creation

Hi all, I have created a dashboard which I want to refresh automatically every minute. I want this to happens so that if user A and user B have it open at the same time it will refresh at the same time. With the auto refresh option set in properties in visual studio, the report does refresh every minute but it is relative to the user's original opening time of the report, so if user A opens the report it will refresh every minute after his initial opening time and if user B opens the report it will be the same for him relative to the initial opening time so their reports will be out of sync. I managed to get the report to refresh every minute universally using the "Render this report from a report snapshot" option in the Processing Options section by creating a Report Specific Schedule running every minute. So what this means that if user A and B have the report open the same snapshot runs every minute for them and at the same time, but they both have to press the view report button to get the latest snapshot. Is there a way to automatically refresh the report manager after successful running of the latest snapshot so that user A and user B can have the same report open and it refreshes automatically every minute at exactly the same time regardless of when they each opened the report?
