That indicates that the latency between the publisher and subscriber has exceeded the thresholds ( http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms152768.aspx) Is replication still running? If so check what Replication is doing? Has someone re-initialized a snapshot? Has there been a large insert of data? Check the network between the publisher and subscriber. Check the threshold settings to ensure they are right for your environment

Yes Replication is running.. but its taking much time , Actually previously its taking only 5 to 10 secs but now its taking 2 mins time. Reinitilizing means what..? dataload has no change ......

Reinitializing is when you want to 'start again' and push a complete copy of the published data to subscribers - sometimes done if the replicated side has somehow got out of sync. You'll be able to see if this is happening by looking at the snapshot agent.
