to Enable Target server in SQL SERVER Agent Job

I have two Server and at target server i have changed MsxEncryptChannelOptions value to '0' in Registry . But I am getting this ERROR in screen sort when i am trying to configure ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/1440-jjjjjj.png

If you're running your services as Local System they won't have rights on the other systems. Try running under domain accounts and ensure the IDs have the requisite permissions/privileges to work on all systems.
