Change "nt service\mssqlserver” to a domain account

The four permissions we are in doubt on how to set on any potential domain account are: Permission to start SQL Server Active Directory Helper Permission to start SQL Writer Permission to read the Event Log service Permission to read the Remote Procedure Call service

If you change the user using the SQL Server Configuration Manger, than it will handle granting all the rights necessary for correct SQL Server execution to the new account.
