SQL 2008 R2 Reporting doesn't respond on all IPs

Hi, We have SSRS running on a server that has two IP addresses. One is for this internal data domain and the other for users coming in to our VPN network. The server is fine on these IP's and various tests have confirmed all is OK there. I can telnet to port 80 on both IP's, however the reporting URL only works on one of the IP's. So 'http://192.168.0.100/Reports$instance' works fine over the VPN But 'http://10.0.0.100/Reports$instance' doesn't. As mentioned though, telnet 192.168.0.100 80 connects and so does telnet 10.0.0.100 80 Any ideas?
