SQL Server Agent will not start

My problem started with a broke logon trigger. When I went to sqlcmd and did the disable and logged back in the agent would not start again. I have done a repair of the SQL server installation. I have the following messages from the system: Could not load the DLL xplog70.dll, or one of the DLLs it references. Reason: (null). Any help on how I can get this fixed short of reinstalling SQL Server would be greatly appreciated.
