Security Model for SSAS Developer and DBA

Can anyone recommend a security model in which the Developer Can develop and process cubes in production? The DBA's have a curreny policy where developers cannot deploy anything in production - no write access to server drives..etc.. It's a very strict SDLC. (Dev ---> Prod)

You can ask DBA to give you Process/Read Definition permission on specific database. But, generally, DBA will not give permission to developers in Production. Refer to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc304417.aspx for SSAS Security.
