Guidance on certification...

Hi, I'm working as a junior BI developer and the tool that I'm working is Microsoft BI. All that I want to know is whether this is a good start. Or I need to do a certification on any other tool. If I do any certification other than on MS BI, Would my next company take me as a fresher or experienced.For eg: I would like to do certification on informatica. Please advice me.

With anyone knowledgeable, certifications are not in any way proof of experience. They are simply an indication of a certain level of knowledge. The knowledge necessary to pass the certification does not equal the understanding and learning that comes with experience. Simply getting a certification doesn't move you from new to experienced. Only experience does that.
