SQLXMLBULKLOAD Nested Element Types in XSD Complex Types 2008R2 Problem

Hi I am experiencing problems trying to import a simple XML file content into a SQL2008 R2 table. The source content follows the SQL schema below. The table is represented in XML by a XML parent complex type of an "Order" element of *type* order whose CHILD named element of *type* (ORDER_DETAILS) with elements representing a history of mapped CodeId's (note EndDate is optional - the current code has no end date). Any help would be appreciated - I really do not want to have to go down the route of needing to transform the source XML file using XLST.
