How to configure database-mail if processor utilization will reach 100% in sql server. Please do need full.

Do you mean how to setup and configure Database mail, while the CPU utilization is hight? Then you do it either using the Wizard/GUI in SQL Server Management Studio or with T-SQL Scripts, the same as if the CPU was in normal ranges. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms189635.aspx I would look into the high utilization though. Or, if are you asking how to send email alerts when the CPU is at 100%, then you will need a third party tool or build your own tool to capture performance counters and alert that way.
