what are the frequent issues we facing on Logshipping?

Can any one mention what are the frequent issues we are facing in Logshipping and at the time of configure the Logshipping also? Just a count of replies need on this question and will share our experiances what issues faced and how we solved it?

The most common issues I've encountered are missing LSN issues or restores not occurring when the copy log step fails or misses a file for whatever reason when copying the log backups to the DR data center.
