Failover clustering of the distributor and subscriber server

We have SQL server 2012 standard edition. We are using transactional replication. The distribution agent and distribution database are on the same server as the subscriber. Ì want to cluster the subscription server (with the distributor) and use database mirroring to have redundancy of the subscriber's databases. My question : In case of a failover of the subscriber-distributor server, can the publisher be automatically be re-directed to the failover server ? Thanks for your help

I have clustering setup and I have transaction replication but not the two combined. This post shows how to set it up for SQL 2008. There is even a video. http://thedbavault.blogspot.com/2012/08/ms-sql-server-2008-transactional.html

Thank you very much for your excellent article. It was very clear. I still have a question though: Can I have the distributor and a subscriber in a failover cluster, while the publishers are outside the cluster? Thanks again. Farid
