how to find child PID in sql server

i have sql agent job running which launch an .exe file when i checked it is waiting with PREEMPTIVE_OS_PIPEOPS, if i stop it job will be stopping but in background this spid keeps running, i took the hostProcess and checked on the server, it is the sqlagent PID. is there any way to find child PID or the PID associate with it ?? hostProcess spid kpid blocked waittype 5224 68 26688 0 PREEMPTIVE_OS_PIPEOPS
