Port 1433 is the default port used by SQL Server for its data flow between server & clients.

Is your cluster a single instance cluster? Was it installed as a default instance or named instance? Also SQL will only be listening on the active node in the cluster. If you can telnet to one node on 1433 but not the others, was the SQL Instance migrated to those nodes when you tried to telnet?
