SQL Statement

Dear Experts, I need some help with SQL Statement "I want to say that if the content of field number 1 from table number A = "Accu" AND that field 4 from table number E = "Notre", then replace the content of the field with field 3 from table number A with dynamic string.

OK. Clearly homework. What have you tried so far that hasn't worked?
