Server DDL trigger history

Hi all Is it possible to see when and by whom a Server DDL trigger was enabled/disabled? SQL does not store this info in the logs. I have queried sys.triggers with no luck, any ideas? Thanks

You might be able to see that information from the default trace. You can [read about it here][1]. If you can't see it in the trace, then it is not available unless you set up extended events, DDL triggers, a different trace, yourself.
