any one give more info about advantages and disadvanges of enableing 1118 flag?

The advantage is that a problem could be eased. Are you suffering with the problems that this trace flag addresses? How have you diagnosed the issue? What else have you tried?

I have not enabled it, but planning to enable, before going to enable that just want to check with the people who already enabled it..
