Sql deployment app for 2012

Hi all, It would be great to be able to build a package of say 4 dll's and 8 stored procedures , define the targets via a drop down box and with a click of a button deploy them to an app server and sql server. I'm looking for a app to assist us in deploying sql scripts and related dll's from say dev -> UAT -> Prod. Cheers ak

Hi, Have you taken a look at [Red Gate's Deployment Manager][1] application? It uses packages to group together database and file-system objects, which can then be deployed to various configured server environments, using an agent on the target machine. It also has add-ins for Visual Studio and SSMS. I'm not sure how urgent your need is, but from reading [this blog post][2] it appears that the next version, due on 17th of this month, will have a different pricing model, including a free starter edition which is more suitable for smaller deployment situations. From the description by @ak47 I think you've nailed the best possible tool in this case, even if I am biased.
