As a DBA generally whwt type of tickets we will get?? and send me som sample tickets...

What is a ticket in SQL Server? How does that relate to space and ram as you put in the tags? Do you mean in a help desk situation? Is that what we're talking about?

I have no clue what you're referring to. Tickets? Can you update the question and clarify what you mean?

Assuming you're talking about helpdesk-type tickets, the answer is definitely "It Depends". Who's assigning you the tickets? What sort of triage work are they able to do before the ticket gets to you? What security is in place? How competent are your users / programmers / other data professionals? The tickets could be anything from: * "It's running slow" * "I've just deleted all the data" up to (assuming decent triage work and good auditing practices): * "This stored procedure named <foo> runs particularly slowly when provided with parameters <bar> and <baz>, but runs fine with everything else. * "Can you show which users were accessing this data during this timeframe?" Having said all that, the bulk of the support tickets I get are to fix corrupted data supplied by an Oracle ERP system...
