AlwaysOn Availability Group listener

hi, i have two Nodes PRODSRV1, PRODSRV2 and respective sql server 2012 SQLSRV1, SQLSRV2. i have created Availabilty Group (AG_Main) and Listener ( listen_main ). my problem is that i can connect listener (listen_main) in SSMS 2012 on both server but could not connect to local development machine and i want to use that listener in my ASP.NET with C# web application. thanks in advace.
