Running Package with DTEXEC shows start and Finish imediately...yet the package is still running...

The package is SSIS 2012 deployed/stored as a Project deployed package.... How do i get the DTEXEC to log the whole run of the package.... ?? My execution line is .... "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\110\DTS\Binn\dtexec" /isserver "\SSISDB\Prod\TN2Poems\TN2Poem.dtsx" /CHECKPOINTING OFF /REPORTING V >E:/SSIS_Logs/TN2Poem.log
