Changing from Access to SQL Sever Training options??

I am currently moving our platform from Microsoft Access over to SQL Sever due to some of the databases needing to get over specific sizes, but I have not used SQL server before. Where would you suggest I start out to get begining SQL and SQL server training?

That's a big jump and is frequently difficult. Since you're just getting started, any of the local training options, LearningTree or others, should be fine. Once you get going there are some specialized training companies such as SQLSkills.com that can make you great at what you do. If you learn from books, I have an introductory level book, [Beginning SQL Server 2012 Administration][1], that might help. Other than that, the [Books Online][2] from Microsoft are excellent and should always be resourced.
