One dimension of multiple flags

I have several On/Off flags for my Fact data - IncludeInGLT, ExportForDPS, IncludeInGX (and about 15 other flags) I would like to present my users with a single dimension that has all available flags. Does this mean that my dimension table would need to have all combinations of On-Off flags stored?
