Y Axis to use values from specified Column: PercentUpTime

Hi Everyone! I've built a report which pulls a file that uploads a week at a time data from all the servers to capture up and down time of all servers. I'm building a report which will display the data in a table and also a chart showing PercentUpTime and MinutesDown. I would like the Y Axis of the PercentUpTime to show the values that are found in the PercentUpTime column. I cannot find the correct way to do this. Is there a way I can defined the Y Axis values that should be displayed. X Axis shows the servers name and that works fine. I figure once I know how to pull the PercentUpTime into the Y Axis that this will assist with the MinutesDown Y Axis. Any information or links to this information would be greatly appreciated!

I was able to pull in the Percent Values on the Y Axis by adding a Min and Max using an expression in the Vertical Axis Properties. I added Data Labels to the graph to display the % values clearly on the graph. I believe this layout will be an issue when I have a PercentUpTime of a value below 80% (hoping to never see this), then the graph will resize and possibly not be clearly read. I will need to look into the sizing a bit more.
