How to Normalise to 3NF and Data Dependacy Diagrams

I have the following data that needs to be normalised; Product Code Product Name Product Type Manufacturer Name Manufacturer Address Manufacturer Phone Sore Name Store Location Postcode Contact Name Price Contact Phone Also, data dependacy diagrams would be great for (1NF-2NF) and (2NF-3NF) Any help would be great. Nope. Sorry. I'll offer guidance and I'll help, but there's no way I'm doing ALL the work and getting none of the credit. For crying out loud, I do this for a living to feed the family, not for free.

How did you guess?haha but yes this is part of an assignment which I have left to last minute! But I am a student and students are suppose to party and leave things until last minute ;) any help would be wonderful guys!
