pivot table report problem

Hi, I'm working on pivot table report (excel) that lay on cube (sql server 2008) The report have one heirarchy of customers(dim) and one sales(fact). every level of the heirarchy is on different column (i made it by expanded option and field setting) example of the Headlines: county / city / nighberhood / cutomer / sales data: england / london/ a / jon bon / 502.3 germany / berlin /c / bon kon / 422.5 the problem: when I'm trying the collapse option to (country) and after that trying the expand button to go back to the original report the data change and get alot of sub total . how can i keep the properties of the report after the drill down and drill up
