Subscriber does not create the database

I hope you have completed the following - Created Publisher and Publication Created Subscriber and Subscription

Once the above steps are completed, you must generate the snapshot, this applies initial copy of the schema and data into the subscribers. Once this is applied, you can see the articles in your subscribers.

I suspect that this has a lot to do with your previous question and the fact that the distributor cannot connect to the subscriber to actually apply the snapshot. Fix the permissions issue and everything should run fine.
