i have 3 checkbox in a datagridview it should only accpet 1 checkbox, it cant have multiple checkbox to get value -patrick pls help pls

You would need to create some logic around the checkbox code to make this happen. Unfortunately I have no experience with VB - you may be better served asking on a site which is aimed at VB rather than SQL Server. Stackoverflow would be a good site for your question.
