parameter issue

We have developed one report, which is consist of almost 15 parameters, out of them, few parameters are loading huge data like All Supplier names and All Jobs (the parameter is loading almost 20 to 30 thousand values), to load such huge data it is taking too long time, the query is also fine tuned.

Any other alternative way to load that parameter quickly....

It depends whether you need such huge parametr in the report or not. Smooth orientation in the combo box with so much values will be nearly impossible.

I suggest you redeisgn the parameters eventually add another parameter which will futher filter the huge one.

As you wrote for example All supliers, can be filtered by first letter or location or whatever is suitable. So first you select eg. first letter and after selectio nonly the supliers startng by particula letter will be populated in the drop down box.

Other thing is whether you need a report with 15 parameters. It's quite a lot of parameter and mostly such universal reports can be substituted by multiple more lightweight reports which load and execute faster.
