Hi, SQL Server2005 is installed and .net 2008 is installed ,Now trying to install sql server 2008. Error shows a previous version of .net 2008 installed updrade it. Now applying the SP1 for it and it gives error . I have attached the Summary.txt log file for reference. Please suggest........link text

One avenue you could try is to reboot the server, launch the setup program, choose the Maintenance link and try a Repair. Or you can uninstall, reboot, and try another install. In either case make sure your account has the requisite privileges to perform an install.

are you sure this is the right file? The reason in this file for it failing is that the user cancelled the installation.

Can you Suggest a file to upload through which a clear idea is available.
As the setup for sql server 2008 stuck at the last stage of Next button and installation cannot proceed as the NEXT button is disabled.
