Hi, I have a SQL2008R2 instance running 10.50.2806 (SP1 with CU5). I recently added Reportserver to this instance. Since this was done from the original CD, it's not patched. Can I just reinstall SP1 and the CU5 or is SP1 included in CU5?

You'll need to reapply both the SP1 and the CU5. The cumulative updates include all the other updates (1-4) but don't include service packs.
