We have recently migrated from one server to another server reporting server, we have taken the old server reporting server backup and restored in new server. All subscriptions are existing in the new server. The problem is, in the subscriptions we have given an option "Include Link", the subscription is executing successfully but in the link it should come as reports.bbs.com/reports, but it is taking only the servername as BSDATDD26...because of that client is unable to opening the link.

Please try to set the "URLRoot" element value in RSReportServer.config file to the desired value and let us know if it helps. thanks for the response, i have included URLROOT, but in the mail whatever the link i have got including parameters, report is not opening with parameters. The report is directly going to the report manager...any help in this regard
