I have installed Oracle InstaClient OraClient10g_home1 and can see it in my ODBC list. But when I try to use test it in the Microsoft ODBC Administrator, I get the error message "The setup routines for the Oracle on OraClient10g_home1 driver could not be loaded due to system error code 998.
