if I knew how to do SQL Queries myself I would be doing them myself, this is my first time hearing about them

Then perhaps ask a more generalized question. I will talk about theory and techniques all day. I will help spot the bug if you try a query and it doesn't work the way it should. I am not inclined to give answers to specific homework questions though.

In that case, Michael, I recommend a book published by Sams called 'Teach Yourself SQL in 10 Minutes'. It's fairly cheap and explains the basics really clearly.

Oh, if we are talking about books look at The Manga Guide to Databases. It is only a primer, but it is a very gentle introduction to the basic concepts and the story they work it into is actually fairly funny.
