SQL Server 2008 on 64bit Windows Server

Is SQL Server 2008 supported on 64bit Windows 2003 Server? If so are there any known issues? I'm looking to create DW using SQL Server 2008 Integration services, Cubes using analysis services and reporting services. Are there any issues with any of these application on 64bit OS?

Is it recommended to use 64bit or 32bit OS?

Yes its totally supported on 64bit, full details here http://www.microsoft.com/sql. Some would say 64bit is the only way to host an effective DW system due to the increased performance leading to a nicer user experience.
