Hi , What is the SSIS Analagous setting for DTS Insert Batch Size in Data Pump Task, I am assuming its Maximum Insert Size on a OLEDB Destination?

That's correct. Note that this only applies to fast load operations however. Please see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms188439(v=SQL.105).aspx for more detailed information.
