Creating Missing Index on MSDB database

Hi,

I just run the missing index query on MSDB database and I am getting highly impact on Backupset and RestoreHistory Table. I never done creating index on system databases.

Is that safe to create the index? Do you have any suggesting on that?

I wrote a blog post referencing indexes that I create on MSDB for backup history. If you want you can read up on it here. A great blog I found later about the subject that includes all the indexes you need for backup history on MSDB written by Geoff Hiten can be found here. Chances are many of the indexes are the same. My advice is to run Geoff's.
