Your question isnt very clear, do you want ideas on what else to use?

It depends on what you want to test. If you are benchmarking your hardware then something like sqlio http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=20163 will test your storage hardware, once you get SQL installed and a test database or two on there then you can take a trace from your live systems and replay it to see how it copes the RML utilities is good http://blogs.msdn.com/b/psssql/archive/2007/12/18/rml-utilities-for-microsoft-sql-server-released.aspx.

get this book http://www.simple-talk.com/books/sql-books/sql-server-hardware/ and read chapter 3

New code box

There's a new way to format code on the site - the red speech bubble logo will automatically format T-SQL for you. The original code box is still there for XML, etc. More details here.
